1. What the site is
SimCheat provides free information, guides and tools about The Sims games. It's for general information and entertainment. It's an unofficial fan site. See our fan-site disclaimer.
2. Accuracy and "as is"
We work hard to keep cheats and guides accurate and up to date, but game patches and new packs can change how things work. Everything is provided "as is" with no warranties.
Cheats change your game. Some, such as those that move or delete objects, can cause glitches or break a save if used carelessly. Back up your save before experimenting. You use cheats at your own risk.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping it at scale, no using it for anything unlawful, and no copying substantial parts of our content to republish as your own.

The site's own design, text and original graphics belong to Lander Creations. The Sims and related names and trademarks belong to Electronic Arts Inc. and are used only to identify the games. You're welcome to link to us and share pages.

We may show advertising and use affiliate links in future to keep the site free. If we do, they'll be clearly labelled and explained on our ads and affiliates page. We aren't responsible for third-party sites you reach through ads or links.
